We tried this recipe during our class when I took up Caregiver Course few years ago.
In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil then saute 4 cloves chopped garlic and 1 chopped onion. Add 1/4 kilo ground beef and cook until brown. Add 1 beef bouillon cube, 5 cups water, 1-2 tablespoons patis (fish sauce) and some pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add in 1 cup cooked pasta noodles and 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables. Cook until heated through.
