1/2 cup chopped cooked meat (chicken, pork, beef, etc)
1  teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
3  tablespoons green onions, chopped
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
3  tablespoons oil

Heat wok to medium heat and add-in the oil and chopped garlic.  Then add the frozen vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.  Add-in the rice and cook it in high heat.  Add-in the chopped meat and butter and continue tossing it mix well.  Add chopped eggs and continue mixing it well. Macau Fried Rice

I made this Macau Fried Rice this morning for breakfast. It's my first time to prepare this kind of fried rice. It is quick, easy and delicious recipe. I don't have fried rice seasoning so I just used oyster sauce. Try it!

2 tablespoons oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 piece Chinese chorizo, sliced
1 small pack of frozen mixed vegetables
6 cups cooked rice
1 pack fried rice seasoning

1. Heat the oil, then cook the egg, scrambled. Set aside.

2. In the same pan, add garlic and fried rice seasoning. Add chorizo and vegetables. Simmer for minute.

3. Add the rice and stir-fry until well combined.

4. Before serving, top with chopped scrambled egg.

Fried Rice

This is a basic recipe for fried rice that you can add to as desired. If adding other ingredients, increase the number of eggs to 3.

1 - 2 spring onions, as desired
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
4 tablespoons oil for stir-frying, as needed
4 cups cold cooked rice
1 - 2 tablespoons light soy sauce or oyster sauce, as desired
hotdog, chorizo, ham, bacon, mixed vegetables such as peas, carrots, corn (optional)

Wash and finely chop the green onion. Lightly beat the eggs with the salt and pepper.

Heat a wok or frying pan and add 2 tablespoons oil. When the oil is hot, add the eggs. Cook, stirring, until they are lightly scrambled but not too dry. Remove the eggs and clean out the pan.

Add 2 tablespoons oil. Add the rice. Stir-fry for a few minutes, using chopsticks or a wooden spoon to break it apart. Stir in the soy sauce or oyster sauce as desired.

When the rice is heated through, add the scrambled egg back into the pan. Mix thoroughly. Stir in the green onion. Serve hot.
